AnalogicTech’s SmartSwitch™ power-saving load switches are designed to perform simple power control tasks. Such functions are necessary to extend battery life in portable electronic products. These load switches feature very low RDS(ON) P-channel MOSFET switch circuitry to control the output rise time. They also provide input control level shifting to simplify interfacing to other circuits. These features considerably reduce external component count and ease design efforts when compared to alternative discrete solutions and thereby help reduce overall cost.
